Tim is the MedTech Operational Transactions Leader. Tim has over 20 years of MedTech industry experience, working with the largest companies on their most pressing growth, transaction, and operational structuring issues.

Tim’s corporate clients include, but are not limited to: Medtronic, J&J, Baxter, Thermo Fisher, Boston Scientific, St. Jude Medical, and Pfizer. He has also worked with Top PE firms such as TPG, Blackstone, Apollo, and Carlyle on key transactions.

Prior to Joining E&Y’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, Tim led A.T. Kearney’s Medical Technology center of excellence. He also led the MedTech sector for PRTM management consultants and PwC. Tim’s expertise and experience has been focused on M&A, growth strategy, Innovation, and supply chain operations. Tim has his B.S. Electrical Engineering from Kettering University and an M.B.A. in Strategy and Finance from the University of Chicago.
